It’s a busy part of town, and finding a spot for a scooter or car can be a real challenge some days. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s just a regular room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We deal with stone and rocks, so there’s always a few samples lying around on the floor or on the windowsills. We spend our time talking to suppliers and checking on schedules. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay occupied with the day-to-day details. We don't use polished marketing scripts when people call us. We just answer their questions as best as we can. Sometimes we don't have the answer right away and have to call someone back to get the information. It’s a very manual process. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, and we usually have a fan going to keep the air moving. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team trying to keep things organized and moving along. We’ve been at this Anna Nagar location for a while, and we like the rhythm of the area. It’s just a normal office where we put in our hours and do the work that needs doing.
