Seinilam Agri Business Culture Private Limited is located over in Venkateswara Nagar, Pakkam. It's technically in the Thiruvallur area, but most people just think of it as the outskirts of Chennai. We set up shop here because it’s a bit quieter than the main city but still easy to get to. The office is at 672/3. Most of our days are spent talking to local farmers and trying to figure out the best way to handle their produce or whatever they are growing. It's a simple setup. We don't go in for all those modern office looks. We just have some desks and a lot of registers. Working in agriculture near a big city like Chennai is interesting. You see a lot of changes happening with the land. We try to stay focused on what the local growers actually need right now. Sometimes we have long meetings that don't go anywhere, and other days everything happens at once. It's a bit of a mix. The team here knows the area well. We’ve all spent time out in the fields or working with tools. It's honest work. Sometimes the humidity in Chennai makes the afternoon tough, but we keep the fans going and get through the lists. People know where to find us if they have a question about their business. We're just regular people trying to keep this agri-business running properly without making things too complicated for anyone involved. It takes effort, but we enjoy the process.
