Seasteer Maritime Foundation

Our foundation is located in Coimbatore, specifically on Mettupalayam Road in NSN Palayam. We are in G.V. Towers, which is at 2/249F/B in Padhmalaya Nagar. It might seem a bit odd to have a maritime foundation in a place like Coimbatore since we are not near the ocean, but we make it work. Most of our time is spent on the administrative side of maritime training. The office in G.V. Towers is quite functional. We have a few desks and some files everywhere. Mettupalayam Road is always packed with traffic, so it can be a bit of a journey to get here in the mornings. Once you're inside the building, it's quieter. We spend our hours talking to people who want to work at sea. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge budget. We are just a small foundation trying to help people get their maritime certifications and training sorted out. We have been in this spot for a while now. The staff here is small, and we all know each other well. We usually have lunch together in the office. It’s a very low-key environment. We don't use much corporate jargon here. We just explain things simply to anyone who walks in. The building is easy to spot because it's right on the main road. We just do our bit to help folks find their way into the shipping industry as best as we can.
