Sango Agam Riklap Agro Producer Companylimited

We are out here in the 19 Mile Area near Sille. It is a bit of a drive to get to us from the main town, but this is where the actual farming happens. Sango Agam Riklap Agro Producer Companylimited is made up of local folks from this area. We do not have a big glass building or anything like that. Our office is very simple, just a place to keep the records and meet up to talk. We discuss the crops and the soil mostly. Sille is a quiet place and we like it that way. The 19 Mile Area has its own pace and we do not feel the need to rush like people in the big cities do. We deal with the harvests and the seeds. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit outside and talk until it comes back on. It is not a corporate environment at all. We wear our everyday clothes and we often get our boots dirty. We are focused on what the land can give us. The company was started so we could all get a better price for the things we grow. It takes a lot of coordination between the different families living around here. We do not have any marketing brochures. Word of mouth is how people find us. It is a practical way of living and working.
