We are located at No. 4, Natesan Street, inside the Manasarovar Mandakini Flat here in Chennai. It is a pretty typical residential area that’s been turned into a bit of a workspace for us. The building is not new, but it holds up fine. Most days, you’ll find a couple of us hunched over desks dealing with paperwork or making calls. The humidity in this part of Tamil Nadu is no joke, so the air conditioning stays running most of the time, though it makes a bit of a rattling noise. Finding the place can be a little tricky if you don't know the street, as the signs are small. There’s a guy downstairs who sells tea and snacks, and that’s where most of our breaks happen. We have a few rooms filled with cabinets and computers. It’s not like those huge corporate offices you see in movies; it’s just a practical space where we get things done. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except when the school bus drops kids off nearby. We’ve been at this address for a while now and everyone in the building knows us. We don't have a big reception area or anything fancy like that. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk. It’s a straightforward setup. We keep our files in order as much as we can, but on busy days, the desks get a bit messy. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us here. We keep our own hours and mostly just focus on finishing the work before the sun goes down.
