You can find us at No. 45/8 on Bazar Road, right near the Muthumariyamman Kovil. It’s a lively area, mostly because of the temple nearby. There’s always music or people talking outside our door. Being a juice bar, we deal with a lot of fresh fruit every morning. The crates arrive early, usually before the sun is fully up. We spend the first few hours just washing and sorting through everything. It’s messy work, honestly. There is water on the floor and fruit peels everywhere until we do the big cleanup. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be smart about where we put the chairs and the machines. We’ve been on Bazar Road for a bit, and we know most of the other shop owners around here. When it rains, the street gets a bit muddy, but people still come by after visiting the Kovil. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just open the shutters and start the day. The smell of oranges and pineapples is pretty strong in the room. Some days are slow, especially when it’s cold, but during the summer, we can barely keep up with the peeling. We use local fruit whenever it’s available in the market. It’s just a simple setup with a counter and some blenders. We try to keep the fans running because it gets hot behind the counter with all the machines. It is noisy but we like the energy.
