Sakura Mango Farm

Sakura Mango Farm has its main office at No. 16/6 on the first floor of First Cross Street. While the trees are out in the dirt, this is where we handle the side of things that keeps the farm running. It’s a small office space that gets a lot of light in the mornings. We often have crates or bags sitting around depending on the time of year. During mango season, things get a lot more hectic. We find ourselves staying late to make sure everything is sorted out. The first floor location is convenient because we can see who is coming and going on the street. It’s a regular neighborhood street, nothing too flashy. We have some basic furniture and a few maps of the farm area on the walls. It’s a place where we sit down to figure out the logistics of the harvest. We talk to the workers and the drivers from here. Sometimes it smells faintly of fruit, which is nice. We don't use any fancy computer systems, just the basics to keep track of our numbers. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we need. People from the street sometimes pop their heads in to ask when the next batch is coming. We just tell them what we know and get back to work. It is a long process from planting to selling, and we manage it all right here.
