Sakthi Tiles

We've been at this spot on Poonamalee High Road for quite some time now. Being right opposite the Indian Hospital makes it pretty easy for people to find Sakthi Tiles. Arumbakkam is always a bit noisy with all the traffic passing by on the main road. Our space at 551/17 isn't anything special to look at, but it serves us well for what we do. We have stacks of tiles all over the place. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when a new delivery comes in. We spend a lot of our day moving heavy boxes around. It’s hard work, and our hands usually have some dust on them by the end of the shift. We aren't big on fancy talk or slick presentations. We just show people what we have in stock and let them decide. The shop floor is usually a bit messy because we’re always in the middle of something. Dealing with tiles means a lot of lifting and organizing. We try to keep the inventory straight, though it’s a challenge some days. Most folks come in knowing roughly what they need for their floors or walls. We just help them find the right match from the piles we have. It’s a basic business. We open early and stay until the work is done. No big corporate meetings here, just us working on Poonamalee High Road. It's a simple life and we are happy to be part of the local community here.
