We are over here at number 15 on Mahalingapuram Main Road. It’s a busy spot in Nungambakkam and honestly, the traffic can be a bit much some days, but we like being in the middle of things. Saimantra Food & Beverage Llp is just a group of us trying to keep everything running smooth. We spend a lot of time dealing with deliveries and making sure the beverages and food items are sorted out correctly. It isn't always pretty or organized in the back room, especially when a big shipment comes in at the same time as the lunch rush starts around the corner. We’ve been at this Mahalingapuram location for a while now. The building is okay, nothing fancy, just a practical space where we can get the work done without too much fuss. Most days start early with checking the inventory and ends late after we've cleaned up the main workspace. You can usually find one of us standing out front for a quick break before heading back in to handle the paperwork or the heavy lifting. It's just a regular local business life. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that, just a few folks who know how to handle the food and drink trade. Some of the neighbors stop by to chat sometimes. It’s just how things go around here in this part of Chennai. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the daily tasks.
