The building is a decent size, with 959 being the house number essentially turned into a medical facility. We have been operating here for quite some time. The staff is mostly local, and you often see the same faces every day. It’s not a place with a huge marketing budget or fancy signs. We just have the name out front so people know they’ve reached the right spot in TVS Colony. Inside, it's all about the daily routine. Morning rounds, checking on the beds, and making sure the supplies are stocked up. The waiting area has some old magazines and a water cooler that gets a lot of use. We don't have a giant cafeteria, just a small space where people can grab a quick bite. The rooms are basic but they are kept clean. Working in Anna Nagar Western Extension means we see a lot of the same families over the years. It feels more like a community spot than a big institution. We just keep doing our work, day in and day out, without much fuss or fanfare.
