You can find us at Ceebros Garden, right on Arcot Road in Virugambakkam. We are in the Daffodil building, unit 7D. It's a pretty busy part of Chennai, but once you're inside the complex, it gets a lot quieter. We handle skill development and alliances here at Rlb Skill Alliance Private Limited. It sounds a bit formal, but really, we just spend our time coordinating different training bits and making sure people have what they need to learn new things. The office isn't massive, just enough room for the team and some desks. Arcot Road traffic can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually get in early to beat the jam. We've been at this location for a while now. The building has some nice greenery around it which is a relief. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We just handle the day-to-day work of running the skill alliance. Sometimes the tea lady comes around and that's the highlight of the afternoon. We focus on the practical side of things. If someone needs to learn a specific trade or skill, we try to sort out the details. It's steady work. We like being in Virugambakkam. It feels like a real community here. We just keep our heads down and do the work we’re supposed to do.
