Rkc Soft Skills (Opc) Private Limited is based in Prince Tower, which is at 95/113 on the Purasaiwakam High Road in Kilpauk. It’s a very busy part of Chennai, with people everywhere. We have two units, F5 and F4, right there in the building. Prince Tower is one of those older commercial buildings that has all sorts of different businesses in it. There is always someone coming or going in the hallways or waiting for the lift. Our space is dedicated to soft skills training, so we have some rooms set up for people to sit and talk. The furniture is functional but it isn't exactly modern or stylish. We’ve got whiteboards that have seen a lot of use and some markers that always seem to run out of ink at the most inconvenient times. The traffic on Purasaiwakam High Road is legendary, so we hear the buses and bikes all day long. It just becomes like background music after you've worked here for a while. We aren't trying to be some high-end corporate training center. We just provide a practical space for people to learn and improve their skills. There’s a small pantry area where we keep some biscuits and tea supplies for those long afternoons when the energy gets low. We deal with the usual office problems like a slow internet connection or a flickering light. It’s just a normal place.
