You can find Riverstone Ventures Private Limited over on M.T.H. Road in Padi. We are on the second floor of number 6. It’s a busy road, so there’s always the sound of traffic coming through the windows. We’ve been here for a while now, focusing on our different business ventures. It’s mostly about managing assets and looking for new opportunities in the local market. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a kettle for coffee, and plenty of folders full of project notes. It’s not the kind of place where we host big fancy parties. We usually just meet here in the mornings, figure out the plan for the day, and then get to it. Sometimes we’re out for hours at a time, so the office stays quiet. Padi is a good area for us because it’s central to a lot of our interests. We don't use any complicated software or high-tech gadgets if a simple notebook will do. It’s about being smart with what we have. People around here know us as the folks on the second floor who are always busy with something new. We like the variety of the work. One day it’s real estate, the next it might be something else entirely. We just take it as it comes and try to make sense of the numbers. It isn't always easy, but it keeps life interesting for everyone on the team.
