You can find us at 373/A on Arcot Road, right across from Shekar Emporium in Kodambakkam. It’s a busy area, and the traffic on Arcot Road can be a bit much sometimes. Risheb Marbles Co has been here for years, dealing with all sorts of stone for flooring and walls. We have a lot of different marble slabs displayed out front so people passing by can see them. The shop is a bit old-fashioned. We don't have digital screens or anything like that. It’s just us showing people the natural patterns in the stone. We spend a lot of time talking to homeowners who are confused about what kind of marble they need. We just tell them what we know from experience. The floor of the shop is always covered in a thin layer of stone dust, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just part of the job. Sometimes the rains make it a bit messy around the entrance, but we manage. We aren't part of some big chain. It’s just a local business where we know most of the contractors in the area. We handle the orders, help with the loading, and try to make sure everything gets where it needs to go without breaking. It’s steady work and we enjoy being part of the Kodambakkam community. We might not have the fanciest shop, but we have been doing this for a long time.
