You can find us at 192, Sakaria Mansion, on Govindappa Naicken Street in the Parrys area. Reliable Spices is the name on the door, and we’ve been here for quite some years. Parrys is a crowded part of town, and our street is always full of people and carts moving back and forth all day. Our space in Sakaria Mansion is filled with the scent of whatever we are packing that day. We don't have a fancy entrance; you just come up and find us among the other businesses in the building. Most of our work involves weighing out portions and sealing bags for delivery. It’s repetitive, but it’s what we do to keep things moving. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. It’s just the owner and a few helpers making sure the orders for the local restaurants and shops are filled correctly. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the work slow and tiring, but we keep the fans going and push through. We don't put out ads or anything like that because word of mouth in this neighborhood is enough to keep us busy. People know where we are if they need something. We try to keep our prices fair and our measurements honest for everyone. It’s a small, local way of doing things, and it suits the busy nature of Govindappa Naicken Street. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to run a decent shop for our family. It’s hard work but we enjoy the routine.
