Regency Ceramics Public

We are located over at No 3/72 on Eswarian Kovil Street. It’s pretty easy to find since we are right near Sridevi Hospital in the Koyambedu area. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around for the market and the hospital. At Regency Ceramics Public, the atmosphere is pretty simple. We have racks and racks of tiles. Most of the day involves helping people figure out how many boxes they need for a room and then lugging those boxes to their vehicles. It’s manual labor for the most part. The tiles are ceramic, so they have a certain weight and feel that you get used to after handling thousands of them. We don't have a big corporate headquarters here; it’s more of a practical workspace where we keep the inventory organized. Sometimes the temple nearby has something going on, and the street gets even more packed, which makes it hard to move the inventory in and out. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sell people things they don't need. Usually, folks come in with a measurement on a piece of paper, and we help them find something that fits their budget. It’s a basic business. We keep our coffee in a thermos and just try to make sure every customer gets their boxes without any of them being broken. We have been here long enough to know most of the neighbors by face.
