Rajans Physiotherapy Clinic

Our place is at No 12 Clc Works Road over in Chrompet. It’s pretty easy to find if you know where the Reliance Fresh is. We are just right near there, which is handy if you need to pick up groceries after your session. The street can get a bit cluttered with parked bikes, but that's just Chrompet for you. Inside the clinic, it smells a bit like liniment and cleaning spray most of the time. We have a few beds and some weights for the exercises. People come here when they’ve hurt their back or maybe they’re recovering from some surgery and need to get moving again. It’s hard work for them, and sometimes it's slow going, but that's how physio is. I usually get here around eight to open the shutters. The fan in the corner makes a little clicking sound, but nobody seems to mind it once they start their stretches. We see a lot of local folks from around the Chrompet area. Some of them have been coming for weeks, so we know their stories pretty well by now. It’s not a high-tech gym, just a practical space where we help people with their aches and pains. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps us see what we’re doing. We just do our job and hope people feel a bit better when they leave. The parking outside is always a bit of a mess, but you have to be careful where you leave your scooter.
