Ragavendra Granites

We are located at No.-4 on Dams Road in the Chintadripet area. It’s a busy part of the city, and space is a bit tighter than out in the villages. Ragavendra Granites has been here for a good while. We have to be smart about how we stack the stone because we don't have acres of land. Chintadripet is a lively place to work. There is always something going on outside on Dams Road. We deal with granite for all kinds of things, from small home repairs to bigger renovation jobs. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just sell stone. Sometimes the slabs are heavy and hard to move in the city traffic, but we make it work. Our customers are mostly neighbors and contractors who have been coming to this area for years. We know most of the people who stop by. It’s a small operation with just a few of us. We do the heavy lifting, the cutting, and the loading ourselves. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It’s just a local shop trying to provide what people need. We like being in this part of town despite the noise and the crowds. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We just keep our heads down and focus on the stone.
