R C Golden Granites

We’ve got our shop, R C Golden Granites, over at 67, T T Krishnamachari Road. Alwarpet is a busy area, so things can get a bit tight around the entrance. It’s not a massive warehouse, but we make the most of the space we have. We’ve been here for a good while now. People in the city know this road well. We keep a variety of granite tucked into the yard. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. You have to watch your step with all the offcuts lying around. We don’t do any of that glossy advertising stuff. Word of mouth is usually how people find their way to us. My father started this, and now I’m the one looking after the daily tasks. We deal with all sorts of customers, from people doing a small bathroom fix to those building a whole house. It’s a lot of lifting and measuring. Sometimes we get the measurements wrong on the first go and have to fix it. We aren't perfect. We just try to be honest about what we can do. The traffic on TTK Road is always humming in the background. It’s a lively place to work. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around. There’s always another slab to move or a customer waiting by the gate. We keep it simple and stay busy. That is the only way to keep things moving forward.
