We've been at the Kumbhat Commercial Complex for a while now. It's on the third floor, right there on PH Road in Aminjikarai. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we do with herbal products. Usually, the hallway gets a bit crowded during peak hours. My cousin and I started this because we knew some people who needed these specific items and couldn't find them easily. We mostly just keep the shelves stocked and handle the orders as they come in. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We spend most of our mornings unpacking crates and checking the labels to make sure everything is right. The lift in this building is sometimes slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It keeps us moving. People around here know where to find us if they need something. We don't really do much fancy stuff, just keep things running. Sometimes the light in the back office flickers, but we haven't got around to fixing it yet. It’s just us here, working through the daily tasks. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We stay busy with the paperwork and the inventory. It's a straightforward setup. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just make sure the orders go out to the right people. We’re usually here from early morning until the sun goes down, just sorting through the boxes and keeping the place tidy enough to work in.
