We operate out of 7-A Orchid Ceebros Gardens, which is on Vembuliamman Koil Street. It’s a residential part of Virugambakkam, so it’s a bit quieter than some other parts of Chennai. We handle agro farm work and exports. Dealing with exports means we spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at computer screens to make sure everything is legal and on time. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it. The street we are on is usually busy with people going to the local temple, so there’s always something to see out the window. We are a small team, not some big company with departments and managers. We just do whatever needs doing. If there are boxes to move, we move them. If there are papers to sign, we sign them. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business. We don't have any fancy marketing or people telling us how to talk to customers. We just tell the truth and hope for the best. Living and working in Virugambakkam is nice because everything we need is close by. We aren't trying to take over the world. We just want to keep our export business running smoothly and make sure the farmers we work with are getting a fair deal. It’s a simple way to run a company, but it works for us every single day.
