Prop. Maria Tea Co.

At Prop. Maria Tea Co., we spend most of our time thinking about leaves and shipments. We are located at Al-180, 11th Main Road in Anna Nagar. If you walk past on a humid day, you might catch a faint smell of the tea, though it’s mostly just the smell of the street and the traffic. Anna Nagar is a busy place, and 11th Main Road is always full of people going somewhere. Our space isn't very large, but we’ve packed it full of everything we need to run the tea business. There are boxes stacked in the back and a small desk in the front where we handle the orders. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or fancy art. Instead, we have shelves and some old fans that keep the air moving. We’ve been operating out of this address for a while now, and the neighbors all know us. It’s a straightforward setup. We get the tea in, we sort out the details, and we send it out to whoever needs it. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the weather, and other days it feels like we can’t move fast enough. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We are just a local tea company trying to do a decent job from our spot on the 11th Main Road.
