Prem Physiotherapy Clinic

Prem Physiotherapy Clinic is located at No 31a 1st Main Road, specifically in the Ambattur Pudur and Banu Nagar area. It’s right on 4th Avenue in Banu Nagar. It is just a small, local clinic where we help people with their physical recovery. We don't have a giant staff or a fleet of fancy cars outside. It’s just a few of us here. The space is filled with things like pulleys, weights, and parallel bars for walking. We spend most of our hours helping people get through their exercises. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes the clinic gets a bit noisy with the sounds of people working out or chatting. We know the 1st Main Road area very well. We see a lot of the same people every week. Some are recovering from surgery, and others just have old aches that won't go away. We don't use any corporate polished language. We just call things as they are. If your knee hurts, we work on the knee. We don't have a fancy lobby with a TV. We just have some chairs for people waiting their turn. Being in Ambattur Pudur means we get a lot of local folks walking in. We keep our records in a simple way and just focus on the sessions. It’s a practical place for people who need to get their movement back. We have been here at No 31a for a good while now.
