Preethi Masala

If you walk down Forest Road near Nrt Nagar, you’ll find us at 95, Suppan Ragavan Colony. This is where Preethi Masala happens. It’s a busy little neighborhood and we fit right in. The smell of the spices is usually the first thing people notice when they get close to our door. We’ve been at this location for a while, tucked away in the colony. It’s not a factory or anything massive, just a local spot where we get the grinding and mixing done. There is always a layer of fine powder on things, but that comes with the territory. We spend our mornings sorting through what comes in and the afternoons getting it all packaged up. The neighbors know us well by now. We don't do much in the way of advertising because the work speaks for itself when people use what we make. It’s a family-style environment here. Someone is always making tea or talking about the news while the machines run. Nrt Nagar is a good spot for us. It’s central enough but still feels like a community. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure the masala is right every single time. It takes a lot of patience to get the blends the way they should be. We just keep our heads down and work. It's what we know how to do.
