We are located at 32/17 on 2nd Main Road in the C.I.T. Colony. It’s in Mylapore, which is one of the oldest parts of the city. Our business is all about marble. We have been here for a long time, watching the streets change around us. The building we are in is simple and fits right into the neighborhood. We don't have a big fancy storefront. Usually, people come in because they are renovating a house nearby or they’ve been told about us by a friend. We keep a variety of stones, and our days are spent showing people different grains and colors. It can get a bit loud when we are moving the slabs, but the neighbors are used to us by now. Mylapore has a certain feel to it, and we like being part of that. We aren't a big chain; it’s just a local operation where we know our customers by name sometimes. We try to keep the place tidy, but when you work with stone, there’s always a bit of grit on the floor. We don't mind the hard work. It’s what we do. We open up in the morning, have our coffee, and start the day. If you’re walking down 2nd Main Road, you can’t miss the slabs leaning against the walls. We’re just regular people selling marble to our neighbors. It is a steady way to make a living and we appreciate the people who come back to see us over the years.
