Porunai Exports Private Limited

We've been at Lloyds Road for a while now, up in the B-Block of Vasanth Apartment. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day work of getting goods ready for export. Being in Gopalapuram makes things fairly easy for logistics. It’s a busy spot, so there is always something moving. We don't have a big fancy office or anything, just a desk and some space to manage the paperwork. My cousin started helping out last year when things got busier. Usually, we are just coordinating with different suppliers. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on shipments. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up. Porunai Exports Private Limited is basically a small team trying to make sure things get where they need to go on time. It is a lot of back and forth with the port and the local vendors. We don't really do much advertising because work mostly comes through people we already know. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains, which is a pain for sending emails. But we manage. The apartment building is old but it stays cool enough. We usually have tea around four in the afternoon when the heat lets up a bit. It’s just how we work here.
