You can find us at New No.78, which used to be Old No.266B, on the Royapettah High Road Extension. Chennai is a big place, and Royapettah is right in the thick of it. Philositos Food Trails is our little venture. We spend our days thinking about food and how to get it to people. The office is a bit of a mix-match of old furniture and new computers. It’s not very stylish, but it works for us. The high road extension always has something going on, so it’s never boring. We’ve got a small team that handles the logistics and the planning. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit chaotic. Other times, we just sit and plan out new routes for our food stuff. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just us trying to make a living in the city. The traffic can be a real pain when we're trying to get somewhere, but that's just Chennai life. We know the local tea shop owner by name and usually get our morning snacks from him. It’s a practical business. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just work hard, manage our trails, and try to keep things moving along without too many hiccups. It’s just a normal day at the office for us.
