You can find Mukkhil Impex at Arumugam Enclave, specifically at No. 9a on the 2nd Main Road in Ram Nagar. We are based in the Peravallur area. It is a bit of a residential spot, so it is usually quieter here than in the main market districts. A lot of our time goes into handling trade and import work from this office. It is not a retail shop where you walk in and browse shelves. Instead, most of the day is spent on the phone or managing paperwork and shipments. The office is inside the enclave, which makes it a nice, stable place to work from every day. We have been in this location for a bit, and the pace of the neighborhood is nice. The setup is pretty basic with desks, computers, and files everywhere. Most of our partners know us through the work we do rather than a sign on the street. It’s a small operation, really. Focusing on the logistics is what we do, making sure things move from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes the 2nd Main Road gets a little busy with local traffic, but generally, it’s easy to get to. The business began because we knew the industry, and we just kept going. There isn't any secret to it; we just show up and do the work required. It’s a lot of long hours but we manage. The walls are a bit bare and we don't have fancy furniture, but it serves its purpose.
