You can find Pandalai Hospital at No-160 on Poonamalle High Road. If you know that road, you know how loud and fast everything moves. We are right in the thick of it. The building has been around for a good while, and it shows its age in some corners, but it does the job. People come in at all hours because the road is such a main artery for the city. It’s hard for folks to find parking out front sometimes because of the narrow space and the constant flow of buses. Inside, you'll see mostly white walls and smell that cleaning fluid that's in every medical place. We have different sections for different needs, but it’s not some high-tech glass building. It’s a practical place where the staff stays busy moving from room to room. Fans hum along in the hallways to keep the air moving. We see a lot of families coming through, sometimes three generations at once. It’s just how things are here. The reception desk is usually piled with folders and papers. Fancy art isn't on the walls, just some old posters about health. The windows look out onto the traffic, and you can see the sun setting over the buildings across the street in the late afternoon. It’s a constant cycle of people coming and going, getting their treatments, and heading back out into the noise of the city.
