Our office is at No. 19, Sriram Nagar, on the North Street in Alwarpet. It is a bit more of a quiet street compared to the main roads in this part of Chennai. We mostly deal with red granite. It is a specific kind of stone that people really like for certain types of buildings and monuments. We have been operating out of this Alwarpet location for a good bit now. It is not a massive factory site here, just our administrative side and some small samples for people to see. Most of the heavy work happens at the quarries, but this is where we handle the actual business part of it. We get a lot of phone calls and people dropping in to ask about current prices. We are not into high-pressure sales at all. We just show the samples and explain where the stone comes from. Red granite is what we know best. Sometimes we have to explain why one batch looks a little different from the next. That is just how nature is. The office is small and usually has a few stacks of files sitting everywhere. We are just a small team trying to keep things organized. Alwarpet is a nice area, though parking can be a bit of a pain for visitors sometimes. We try to be helpful when people have questions about how the granite will hold up over the years. It is a very sturdy material.
