Padmavathi Hospital & Facility Management Services

Our office at Padmavathi Hospital & Facility Management Services is tucked away on the first floor of Sams Noah Towers, right in the middle of Anna Nagar East. Most people around here know the Hero Motors showroom nearby, so we usually just tell them to look for that when they are trying to find us for the first time. Being on 2nd Avenue means it stays fairly busy outside, and the parking can be a bit tight during the afternoon rush. We handle a mix of things here, between the hospital work and the facility management side of the business. It keeps everyone on their toes most days. It is not one of those huge glass buildings you see in some parts of the city, just a normal commercial block where people are coming and going all day long. The rooms are plain and we try to keep things organized as best as we can without much fuss. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop in with questions about how we run things. It is a local operation, and many of us have been working in this part of Chennai for quite a while now. We do not really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of the people who come here heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood or just saw the sign while driving past the showroom. It is a straightforward setup and we like it that way.
