Our office is tucked away on Saravana Street in T. Nagar. If you know Chennai at all, you know how crowded and lively this area gets, especially with all the shopping and the temples nearby. We’ve been operating out of 28/2/B for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot, but we actually like being right in the middle of everything. The work we do with hydrocarbons keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. It’s mostly technical stuff and coordinating with various suppliers. We aren't some big flashy corporation with a lobby full of expensive plants and a receptionist in a suit. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of phone calls all day long. The morning commute through the T. Nagar traffic is always a bit of a challenge, but once we're inside, we get straight to the tasks at hand. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for years, so it feels more like a small family than an office. We handle a lot of logistics and technical specifications. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the street a bit of a mess, but that’s just life in this city. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone writing fancy slogans. Most of our day is spent looking at data or talking to the guys out on the field. We keep things simple and straightforward. If someone needs something, they call us up, and we see what we can do to help them out.
