Optimista Training & Development India Private Limited

You can find us in the Kaveri Complex on Nungambakkam High Road. We are on the 3rd floor, in Flat No 306. The address is 96/104. Nungambakkam is one of those places that never really sleeps, so there’s always a lot of traffic and noise. Optimista Training & Development India Private Limited is what we call ourselves. We do a lot of work related to training and helping people develop their skills. The office is a decent size, with enough room for us to sit and plan out the sessions. It’s not a fancy corporate suite with a view, just a regular office floor in a busy complex. We have some whiteboards and a lot of notebooks lying around. We spend our mornings checking emails and the afternoons usually involve more planning. The Kaveri Complex has a lot of other businesses too, so we see a lot of people in the hallways. Sometimes the parking downstairs is a real mess, so we usually tell people to come by auto or bus. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees, just a handful of us trying to make the training programs work. It’s regular work, and we try to keep it as simple as possible for everyone who comes by. There is a small coffee machine in the corner that we use way too much. It gets the job done though.
