Down on Linghi Cherry Street, you’ll find Om Sakthi Industries at number 99. It’s one of those streets that always feels alive, no matter what time of day it is. We’ve been based here for quite a bit. Our space is mostly functional. We don't have many decorations on the walls. It’s more about the equipment and the desks where we get things done. Being on Linghi Cherry Street means we are close to a lot of other businesses, so we see a lot of the same people every day. It’s a tight-knit kind of area. We aren't a massive operation. Just a group of people who know their jobs well. Sometimes the street gets blocked up with trucks, so we have to plan around that. It's just part of being here. Inside, we keep things moving as best as we can. We have our routines and we stick to them. It might seem a bit chaotic to an outsider, but there’s a system to how we handle everything. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to make sure the work is finished on time. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward way of working, and it seems to suit us just fine. We just try to stay busy and keep the paperwork from getting too disorganized.
