Never Fail Impex

We are located at 16, Palani Andavar Koil Lane in Ayanavaram. It’s one of those narrow lanes where everyone knows everyone. Never Fail Impex might sound like a big name, but we are a small, dedicated group. We do importing and exporting, which sounds fancy but mostly involves a lot of waiting for containers and filling out forms. It’s a lot of coordination. Our office is small, and sometimes the boxes pile up high enough that you can barely see the desks. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some good old-fashioned grit. Some days are harder than others, especially when there’s a delay at the port, but we find a way to fix it. That's just how it is in this business. We’ve been in Ayanavaram for years. The neighbors see us coming in early and leaving late. We don't put on airs or try to sound like we’re better than we are. We just take care of the shipments and make sure the clients get their stuff. It’s messy work sometimes, and we get tired, but it’s what we know how to do. If you come by the lane, just look for the door with our name on it. It’s usually open, and there is always someone working inside, probably on the phone with a shipping agent.
