Marble Kingdom India Pvt. Ltd. is located over at No. 2/544 East Coast Road in Neeamkarai. Being on the ECR means we get a lot of people passing by on their way out of the city. We have a decent sized space here for our stone collections. It’s mostly marble, hence the name. We spend our days mostly organizing the yard and helping people pick out what fits their house. It’s funny how people get so specific about the color of a rock. We just show them what we’ve got. The salt air from being near the coast is nice, but it makes things rust if we aren't careful with the equipment. We are a small team. We do the loading, the unloading, and the office work ourselves. It’s not some grand corporate headquarters with a lobby. It’s just a place of business on a busy road. We’ve seen Neeamkarai change a lot over the years. More houses, more demand for good floors. We just keep doing what we do. No fancy slogans or anything like that. Just stone. If someone needs a slab for a counter or a hallway, they pull in here and we talk it through. We try to keep the place tidy but with stone, there’s always some grit around. It’s honest work. We like being part of the neighborhood here on the East Coast Road. We aren't looking to change much, just keep moving the slabs.
