Ndt Training Institute

Ndt Training Institute is located at No:5, Bhoopathy Street, right in Virugambakkam. If you are taking the bus, we are basically right opposite the Virugambakkam bus stop, so it is hard to miss us. Our focus here is on Ndt training, which is a bit more technical than your average school. We have a lot of equipment and materials laid out for people to practice with. It’s a hands-on kind of place. People come here because they want to learn the specifics of testing materials without breaking them. It sounds complicated, but we try to break it down into steps that make sense. We spend a lot of time in the lab area or the classroom, going over how the sensors work and what the readings mean. It’s not a flashy office or anything like that. We have some desks, some chairs, and the tools we use for the training. The street outside can get a bit noisy with the buses coming and going, but we just shut the door and get to work. Most of the people who come here are looking for practical skills they can use on the job. We don’t spend much time on theories that don't help in the field. We just show how things are done and let the students try it for themselves until they get the hang of it. That is how we have always done things here on Bhoopathy Street.
