Nava Ayur Ayush Hospital sits at No 3 Dr. Singaravelu Street in T Nagar. A lot of people find us by looking for the EB Office, since we are tucked right behind it. T Nagar is a very crowded place, but our street is a little bit tucked away from the main shopping madness. The building is an older style structure that has been converted for hospital use. We have several rooms for different treatments and a modest area for people to wait their turn. It’s not a shiny, modern facility with a big lobby. Instead, it’s a functional place where the focus is on traditional ways of looking at health. The parking on Dr. Singaravelu Street is often a nightmare, so we usually suggest people take an auto or walk if they can. Our staff has been here for a long time and they know the regulars by name. We keep our patient files mostly by hand and don't bother with fancy computer systems that break down. It feels more like a community center than a cold hospital. Sometimes the noise from the street drifts in, but mostly it’s just the sound of the staff going about their work. We don't spend money on big signs or flyers. People just find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We just do our work and go home when the day is done.
