Natures Unisex Salon And Spa Academy is located at No 94 on Srp Koil Street South in Peravallur. We’re in the Agaram part of Chennai, right across from the Kamaraj Statue. It’s a place where both men and women come in, which keeps things interesting because we do a bit of everything. Besides the regular salon work, we also have the academy side where we show people how to do this kind of work properly. The shop is on a fairly busy street, and that statue is a great reference point for anyone who hasn't been here before. We aren't trying to be one of those expensive mall salons. We just want to provide a place where people can get a good haircut or a massage without feeling out of place. The building is simple and we try to keep the atmosphere friendly. I spend a lot of time teaching the younger ones how to handle the equipment and deal with customers politely. It’s a lot of responsibility running a salon and a school at the same time, but it’s what we do. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Agaram over the years, but our little corner on Srp Koil Street stays pretty much the same. People come in, they talk about their day, and they leave looking a bit sharper. That’s enough for us. It’s a busy life but it feels good to be part of the neighborhood.
