Naduparambil Farms Private Limited is located right in the middle of the chaos at the Anna Fruits Wholesale Market in Koyambedu. If you’ve ever been to the market, you know it’s loud, crowded, and always smells like ripening fruit. Our spot is T/H 24 on the first floor. We spend our mornings surrounded by crates and the shouting of vendors and buyers. It’s a gritty place, not at all like a clean office building in the city center. We deal with the realities of the fruit trade every single day. Sometimes things arrive late, or the quality isn't what we expected, and we have to sort it out right there on the spot. It is a lot of physical work and constant talking. Our team is used to the heat and the constant movement of the market. We don't have time for fancy language or long meetings. We just get the fruit where it needs to go. Being in Chennai means the humidity is always high, but you get used to it when you’re busy. We’ve been part of this market for a while, and we know most of the other traders by name. It’s a tough environment, but it feels real. We are just people who know about farming and markets, trying to run a business in one of the busiest spots in the city. It keeps us on our toes and there is never a dull moment at the wholesale market.
