If you come down 5th Street in North Thirumalai Nagar, you will find us at number 69. We are Naduon Grains International Private Limited. Villivakkam is a crowded place, and our street is no different. There are houses all around us, and everyone knows each other’s business. We work out of this building handling grain trading and logistics. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking prices every morning. The office is usually filled with the smell of different grains if we have samples out on the tables. We have to be very careful with the quality, so we spend a lot of time looking at bags and checking for any issues. It’s a small team here, just a few of us who have been in the grain business for a while. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and we are right there at our desks. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow streets of Thirumalai Nagar, so we spend time outside helping them park or direct traffic. It’s just part of the job when you work in a residential-commercial mix like this. We don't try to sound like a giant international firm even if our name says international. We are just local people who know how to move grain from one place to another without making a mess.
