My Kid India

My Kid India is situated in D-Block of the Ratnangi Apartments, over at 10/2 Soundar Rajan St. in T-Nagar. It’s a bit different because we are operating out of an apartment complex. It makes the whole place feel more like a home than an office. We have rooms filled with various items for children. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with boxes stacked in the hallway, but we know where everything is. T-Nagar is always crowded, so finding parking for deliveries is the biggest challenge we face every day. We don't have a big flashy sign out front. Most people who come to see us are people we’ve known for a while. We spend a lot of time sorting through inventory and answering questions from parents. It’s a small operation, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. We don't have a corporate hierarchy or anything like that. We just do what needs to be done, whether it's packing a box or cleaning the floor. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though it gets hectic when we get a big order in. We like being in this part of town despite the noise. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and do our work at Ratnangi Apartments. Soundar Rajan Street is our base and we’ve made a good little space for ourselves here over the years.
