Sundar Granites

If you find yourself in Mugappair East, you might walk past us at No. 40/ 29 in Everest Colony. Sundar Granites isn't a huge operation, just a local business on Paari Salai. We mostly look after people who are building their own houses or doing a bit of renovation. Granite is one of those things that people get really picky about, so we spend a lot of time showing different slabs and explaining why one might be better for a kitchen than another. We don't have a team of sales people in suits. Usually, it's just one of us in the back or middle of some paperwork. The colony is usually pretty quiet, which we like. It gives us time to actually look at the stone we’re selling. We try to keep things honest—if a particular batch of granite has too many spots or a weird vein, we’ll tell you. There’s no use pretending it’s perfect when it’s come out of the ground. We’ve been at this address for a good while and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical business. We load the trucks, we check the invoices, and we try to make sure everything gets where it needs to go on time. It’s not flashy, but it works for us and the people who buy from us. We handle the heavy lifting so you don't have to, and we keep the pricing as fair as we can.
