M/S. Goodwill Engineering

You can find us at 241/2B3 on Vaithiyalingam Salai in Nanmangalam. M/S. Goodwill Engineering is basically a small workshop where we handle a variety of repair and fabrication tasks for people. It started out as just a small space with a few basic tools, and it has not really changed much over the years, though we have more tools now. The floor is concrete and there are always scraps of metal in the corners from the last job. We do the work that people bring to us, whether it is fixing a broken gate or making parts for a machine. We do not have a big sign or a fancy lobby to sit in. If you walk in, you will probably see someone welding or using a lathe. It is noisy and smells like scorched metal most of the time. We do not spend money on advertising because the people in Nanmangalam already know where we are. We just try to do a solid job so that the thing does not break again next week. Sometimes we run behind schedule when a part does not arrive on time, but we usually catch up. The coffee shop down the street is where we usually go when we need a break from the noise. It is hard work, and your back usually hurts by five o'clock. We are just a few guys who know how to work with our hands.
