Our business, Morgan Grams Private Limited, is based at No.36 on Meenambal Salai in Kodungaiyur. Chennai is always humid, and our spot is no different. It’s a lively area with a lot of people moving around. We work out of this space, handling mostly grains and such. The building isn't brand new, and it has its quirks. Sometimes the lights flicker, or the door gets stuck. We just deal with it. We aren't some big corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a small team here. We spend our mornings checking the arrivals and the afternoons sorting through everything. It can be a bit repetitive, but that’s the nature of the business. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to finish the day’s work and head home. The traffic on Meenambal Salai can be a nightmare in the evenings. We try to get our deliveries out before the rush starts. Sometimes we fail, and we’re stuck waiting. It’s just part of being in this part of Chennai-600118. We don't spend money on fancy furniture. We’d rather just have good equipment for moving the bags. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been here for a bit now and know the local tea stall guys pretty well.
