The name of the place is Modern Agro Commodities Private Limited. Even though it says "modern" in the name, we still do things in a very traditional way most of the time. We handle different kinds of agricultural products that come through this region. Panruti is famous for certain things, and we try to stay involved with all the local produce. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can handle the buying and selling. We deal with a lot of different people, from small farmers to larger transporters. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of keeping track of weights and prices. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or marketing. We’d rather just focus on getting the commodities where they need to go. Sometimes we're here late into the night during the peak harvest times. It’s just the nature of the work. You get used to the pace of it after a while. We’re just a regular local business trying to do an honest job in the agro sector. If you’re near the temple, you can stop by and see what we’re up to.
