Our place is Mementos Foods Private Limited and we are located right on the busy GST Road in Chrompet. Specifically, we are at 219 Amala Annaivalagam. If you've been to Chennai, you know how noisy and crowded this stretch can get. The sound of buses and cars is always in the background here. We started this food business because we wanted to do something local. It’s not a giant factory or anything. It’s just a space where we handle the packing and the sorting. Sometimes the heat in Chennai gets to us, especially in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running full speed. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a while. They know the routine and they just get on with it. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big sales department. It’s just us doing the daily grind. The office part is just a small corner with a computer and some ledgers. Most of our day is spent checking the stock and making sure everything is moving out on time. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy. We see a lot of people passing by on GST Road every day. We’ve had our share of ups and downs, especially with the logistics, but we keep going. It’s just honest work in a very busy part of the city. We try to keep things simple and avoid making things more complicated than they need to be.
