Mehta Chemical Industry

Our business, Mehta Chemical Industry, is located at Old No-58 on Govindappa Naicken Street. We are inside the Hanwant Complex, which is right in the heart of a very old and busy part of the city. If you’ve ever walked down Govindappa Naicken Street, you know how crowded and lively it is. It’s a place where everyone is selling something and there’s a lot of history in these walls. We’ve been in the chemical industry for a long time. Our space in the Hanwant Complex is where we manage all our accounts and coordinate our production. It’s not a quiet place, but the energy of the street keeps us going. We spend most of our day dealing with the logistics of chemical manufacturing and distribution. The office is often full of samples and old ledgers. We still like to keep some things on paper because it feels more solid that way. Being in such a central location means we are close to everything, though the narrow streets can be a real struggle for the trucks. We just make it work. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do right by the people who have been buying from us for decades. It's a family-style atmosphere here. We know the other shop owners in the complex and we all help each other out. That's just how we do things at Mehta Chemical.
