Meenam Hospital sits right near the Chintamani Signal, specifically at D-161 on R V Nagar Main Road in Anna Nagar East. Being so close to the signal means there is always traffic and the sound of horns nearby. It’s a very busy part of Anna Nagar East. The hospital is easy to spot once you get to that intersection. Inside, the floors are usually being mopped and people are lined up at the desk. We handle all sorts of medical cases here. It’s a local building that has seen a lot of use over the years. The rooms are basic but they serve their purpose. We have a team that works in shifts, so there is always someone on duty near the main road. The morning rush is the most hectic time when doctors are making their rounds and new patients are coming in. We don't really do much in the way of fancy decor; it’s more about having enough beds and clean supplies. The R V Nagar area is pretty crowded, so parking can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We just try to manage the flow of people as best as we can. It’s a practical environment where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. We’ve been a part of this Anna Nagar East neighborhood for quite a long time now. People know us by the signal and we just keep the doors open for anyone.
