Meega Masalas

Our place is located at A137 in the Sidco Industrial Estate. It is a busy area with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day long. When you walk into our unit, the first thing you notice is the smell of the spices. It is quite strong, and it stays on your clothes even after you leave for the day. We spend most of our time grinding and packing different masalas. It is dusty work, and the machines can be pretty loud when they are all running at once. We started this small setup because we knew people around here needed spices for their cooking. We do not have a marketing team or anything polished like that. It is just us and the machinery. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon trying to get it back online. We get our raw materials delivered, and then we get straight to work. It is a straightforward process, really. We fill the bags, seal them up, and stack them in the corner. The workers here are all locals, and we just try to do an honest day of work. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. We just stay focused on the bags and the orders that need to go out. The industrial estate can be a bit chaotic, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years.
